Constructed a 50,000 sq. ft. Greenfield Healthcare Laundering Plant in Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio. The facility uses the latest washing, drying, and product handling technologies to maximize output and minimize resource consumption.
Designed the purpose-driven, double-deck “super trailer” which doubled the capacity of the standard trailer and significantly reduced the carbon footprint of Paris’s over-the-road fleet.
Built a second 50,000 sq. ft. Greenfield laundering facility in DuBois, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. This plant, based on the successful Ravenna, Ohio design, incorporates the latest advances in production efficiency, energy use, and resource conservation.
Installed state-of-the-art production management systems in both the Ravenna and DuBois Healthcare production facilities. Wanting to integrate the most advanced processes, the system increased plant throughput and achieved further resource and energy efficiencies.
Expanded the Uniform Services division by 20,000 sq. ft.
Lighting upgrades in all key production facilities completed, again reducing energy use and increasing employee comfort and productivity.
RFID technology added for selective products to complement existing bar code accountability system.
A 17,000 sq. ft. addition to the DuBois Healthcare plant was built. Needed capacity was added via the most modern equipment available.

Conversion of Paris Uniform Services delivery trucks to alternative fuels continues. Nearly half of the fleet now runs on propane (LPG), displacing about 60,000 gallons of gasoline annually while significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
